Terms of service

The terms that govern your use of AT-CREW, operated by Ziward, Inc.

Acceptance of terms

AT-CREW is operated by Ziward, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the Company).
By creating an account or using AT-CREW, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

The service

AT-CREW is an online platform where creators publish artwork, take part in the community, and manage portfolios and purchases.
We may add, change, or remove features of the service at any time.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account.
You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law to use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to view or upload adult content, and by turning on adult content in account settings you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you upload and grant the Company a license to store, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the service.
You are responsible for having the rights required for the content you upload.
You are responsible for labeling age-restricted content accurately when you upload it.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to infringe the rights of others, break the law, or disrupt the service or other users.
We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe, and the merchant of record is Ziward, Inc.
Paid plans automatically renew each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless canceled. You can cancel through the Stripe Billing Portal at any time before the next billing date.
Plan changes and subscription cancellation can be handled directly from the Plans menu in Settings, which opens the Stripe Billing Portal.
Upgrades apply immediately and charge the prorated difference. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; the effective date is shown in the Billing Portal.
Refund requests are submitted to customer support, and AT-CREW processes the actual refund through Stripe.
Displayed prices do not include VAT or other applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.
Stripe handles payment failure notices and retries. If all retries fail, the subscription may be canceled and paid features may no longer be available.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided as is without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid to the Company in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware. Where a user's home country has mandatory consumer protection law, that law applies to the extent required.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will announce important changes in the service or through the account email.
